Hospital rules

  • The patient is informed by the doctor about the complications that may arise when the patient rejects the planned treatment after examination, and if the patient insists he / she will be fully responsible.
  • Bringing away foodstuffs on the eve of our treatment at our hospital is forbidden from being harmed by health. Only exceptional cases may be exceptions with the permission of the treating doctor and the hospital dietologist.
  • Do not bring money and jewelery when you enter hospital for inpatient treatment, hospital is not responsible for lost items.
  • Patient visits hours I-VI days 19:00-21:00; sundays and holidays are set at 12:00-14:00, 19:00-21:00.
  • At the time of the meeting, more than 2 people are not allowed to enter the patient's room simultaneously.
  • The person staying with the patient will pay a certain amount and the person's feeding will also be included in the amount paid. Additionally, a patient may use a fee at his own discretion at the hospital's canteen.
  • The patient's stay in the room is calculated for 1 day at 11:00 am.
  • The patient who has been inpatient treatment is provided with the hospital's clothing and necessary personal hygiene during the entire stay.
  • After surgery, the first examination and dressing is free after the patient returns home.
  • Identity card must be provided to provide any document related to the patient's treatment, newsletter or clinic.
  • It is strictly forbidden to smoke and drink alcoholic drinks in the hospital, in the rooms and in the wards.

 

Rights and duties of patients and their relatives:

  • Patients and their relatives may at any time receive detailed information about the services they receive at our hospital.
  • The patient may receive a copy of the results of his / her treatment, as well as the results of his / her physical and instrumental examinations.
  • The patient or the relative may require the open invoices to be paid to the hospital at every stage.
  • The patient may demand to be transferred to another treatment center during treatment.
  • The patient has the right to file complaints, suggestions, and remarks freely, and the hospital has all the capabilities to do so.
